I feel very happy and satisfied with the sale of my Magallanes Village house and lot by Angie Espiritu in 2008. She was enthusiastic when I trusted her with the listing. I cannot thank Angie Espiritu enough for selling my one bedroom unit at One Serendra at 100% of my asking price in 2007. The one bedroom unit then was not yet turned over to me as the owner, neither did I have a title issued yet. But since Angie is a former banker, a sales transaction was finalized and consummated via an Escrow Arrangement with Land Bank and a balikbayan buyer. Angie did all the documentation and title transfer. I only signed the documents and received the purchase payment.
