Angelina B. Espiritu availed of early retirement in a universal bank where she worked for almost 25 years with the latest position as Manager. She is a B.S.B.A. graduate of University of the Philippines major in marketing of the College of Business Administration (Class 1975) and has finished her Masters in Business Administration at De La Salle University in 1987.

In 2005, after retiring from a universal bank, she decided to pursue real estate brokerage with focus on real estate projects of Ayala Land companies and other Metro Manila properties.

She now occupies the position of Chairperson and President of Filben Realty and Development Corporation, a family corporation engaged as realty lessor.

She believes that selling is process, not an event and further believes in solving problems in real estate investment than selling real estate products. She commits to make a difference by giving excellent service to her customers here and abroad and to have integrity in all phases of the sales process.
